租租车服务人员每次电话询问都给予热情回复。在特隆赫姆机场取车，给的是大众高尔夫很满意，AVIC服务人员热情、主动，取车时发现汽车尾部有二处刮痕，告知工作人员后为了节省时间，跑步去停车处，清晰地在订车合同上注明刮痕的位置，并告知别担心，即便取车时未发现，还车也不会被认为使用者的问题，属于正常刮痕。最后在原地还车，仍旧告知不用担心出现修车费。对特隆赫姆机场Avi 车取车点的服务点赞
客服人员80%以上的人员都很热情，积极回答疑问及帮助解决问题。
挪威是峡湾国家，基本上都是盘山路，要严格按规定的时速驾车，有些道路是单行线，开车要格外谨慎，注意礼让。隧道极多，且原始，光线昏暗、双向，开车要特别小心，往来车辆速度都较快，当然都在限速范围内，总之：在挪威自驾，精神集中，小心谨慎，沿途风景优美。

The services of AVIS was very good! including aspects like below:Firstly ,rental indications given was very clear. Secondly,procedures had been done quite convenient and tidy ,so simple to make.Again ,the car conditions was very good。SUZUKI, as a well known brand from Japan, just like a new one ,and the steerring had been a good memory. By the way, informations staffs had been so enthusiastic that the pictures still remained on my mind. It really should be worth a lots of mighty praises . Finally, i will choose AVIS when my next trip starts outcountry .
