We have booked a Benz but the staff told us that the benz is not available at the moment but Hyundai. They kept saying that they don’t have any Benz! Luckily, my frd insisted on taking the Benz or doing the refund. At the end (just 1min later), they suddenly found a Benz for us. I think they are very tricky to the Chinese......
The CS service is always perfect ! Actually I should say it’s perfect.
Everything was amazing since the weather was nice and there were scattered snow.

保险很快到账，租租车服务态度很好，很积极帮忙解决问题
服务态度还行，排队没有太多指引，包括外国人也很懵，不知道从哪里开始排，速度比较慢
