The car given me is not clean entirely, from the soaked driver chair to dirty back hatch! even 10 scratches is full of whole car body!!!! As an Avis fans ,in my years traveling around the world, this is the worst poor car I have ever seen in all Avis!!!! I hope I can get a explanation!

去到机场有专车送到门店，给前台国内的订单，接着就是给车了，很顺畅…途中轮胎插到钉子，打了电话等了90分钟来人换了新胎，因为买了国内的升级保险的原因吧，事后没有因为轮胎多扣费…

在希斯罗丅2取车，走到7、8号巴士站就可以搭上接驳车了。订的车没货，换了台奔驰，然后刷了584.6磅押金，以至于忐忑不安地询问租租车客服有没有多收钱？还车在爱丁堡，看了一圈签名搞定很方便。
服务十分好，答复很快，下次出国一定还在租租车预订。
