取车门店在火车站地铁出口旁边建筑(顶部有∧∧∧∧形状)负一层，很好找；取号办理手续，办理效率较高，有清晰解释合同条款，无强行推销保险；办好手续后在旁边停车场有车接送取车(其实也不远，不超过200米，可能考虑多数客人有行李)；取车手续简易，交车匙告知停车位自行开走；还车手续也简易，开回该公司的停车位交回车匙即可，被告知如稍后检查车辆发现问题将在信用授权中扣除，个人认为这部分还是双方共同检查好再离开较好。需要特别注意的是，办理取车手续时被告知国际翻译件不能租车，但承诺如因此被警察检查罚款自行承担责任的话，也可继续租用。

There are 4 counters with 2 staff sitting in the counter for chit chatting. Unnecessary wait time for customers.
Very efficient and informative. Received a notification email about the change of return point from zuzuche which is very helpful. Without that email it would be difficult for me to reach to the correct return point.
Room for improvement:
1. Payment in USD was not notified to me to avoid FX charges by credit card; otherwise i would prefer to use CNY to pay via mainland ewallet
2. The speed camera and related speeding penalty could be included in the information pack after booking. As such reminders could help customers to pay attention to the Spanish policy and avoid speeding
