很方便，很满意
The return point is 3KM far away from KAPALUA airport, and the retun point is with very unclear signal around. The return point closes at 4:30 pm without any instruction about how to call a taxi to the airport. We were in a very worried mood then, luckily the guy in the nearby club helped us to call a taxi and we arried at tbe airport in time, this is supposed to be the resposibility of ALAMO. Very unpleasant experience.

昨天我们去哈纳公路自驾后，到达毛伊岛海滨酒店办理完入住手续，半小时出来发现轮胎没气了，当时拿说明书准备查查工具在哪里，把备胎换上，没找到，想通过前台服务员打电话，但语言又不通，交流不成，我们查了地图开车到门店只需6分钟，就小心翼翼的，慢慢开到门店，工作人员询问后，开了另一辆车来让我们使用，手续很简单，很快办理完，没影响后续行程。我买了全险，加上Alamo是车行中大公司，所以，整个服务让人感动，点赞
