Staff only focus on selling add on service without explanation of any detail of the car rental. And added a optional insurance to the bill without getting the consent from me. And when I ask the staff the additional charge on the printed bill, she cheat us that the charge is compulsory and will refund after car return. Turn out is cheating us.

取车门店工作人员印度人存在故意欺诈客户行为，擅自加入收费保险项目，还谎称是预授权，人品素质极差，投诉把合同的还车日期都写错了，也不承认，以后不会再选这家租车公司了
处理问题及时
整体感觉一般，服务也不是 热情，取车的时候验车比较随便，没有很好的记录清楚本来已有的刮痕，令人不是十分放心。
