My flight arrived early so I went to the Budget office at 2:30PM (car booked for 3:00PM). The female Latino staff (about 45 years old) refused to process my rental and said that I am 30 minutes earlier than the booking time. I asked her to start the paper work and she refused to do it and said that I must wait until 3PM. I asked if I can rent the car for an extra 30 minutes and she said yes but cannot quote me the price and said that I will know the extra fee for the 30 minutes when I return the car. She mocked me for booking the car through your platform and "Suggested" me not to choose your company next time and book the car from Budget directly next time. I said I will not choose Budget next time and she said that's a good idea.
