Hertz in Switzerland airport is lier and cheater company，give me good car, but huge penalty after use, rent 2 days, the rental fee is only around 900 rob, but the penalty is 5000 rob, just because almost little things which even cannot be seen, without any standard comments,charged my visa directly!
Don’t rent Hertz car any more in Europe, totally cheater and lied company!!!!

我们迟到将近一小时，租租车联系到之后帮我们延迟，到达后Herz公司服务人员很Nice的说没问题，而且还车还可以延迟一小时！竟然没因为我们迟到取车罚款或者严格按预定时间还车。很棒的一次租车经历，因为对苏黎世早上的堵车情况不了解，最后我们还真延后了一小时换车.....并且还免费给我们的车进行了升级.....由手动改为自动.....
