I arrived to the airport 2 hours after, the salesman said the car was not availabe anymore, and he insisted to rent me a VOLVO with a double price than Opel, he said not any option for automatic gear car. And sincerally i didn´t belive him, inmediatly i reserve a Toyota automatic car of the same range price in the same company Hertz, so you can see. The salesman lie to me. The only interes to him was selling a much more expensive car to me, but really i got a much cheaper car in his company which he said was not available. Bad, bad very bad!
I had a problem with the reservation and the APP gave me a fast solution, very good experience.

客服服务打满分，点赞，国外车出了点小意外，国内客服服务很到位，点赞，24小时客服，牛牛牛……
意大利人开车都很疯狂，估计人少的原因，车给力，烧柴油的，一路加了两次油，还是很挺省的，一路过路费好多，带好零钱或者带好信用卡。停车位每个城市不一样，自己的慢慢找，交停车费的机器也很方便。
