馬德里格蘭大道租車點小哥不推銷保險，提醒事項明確。
租租車平臺租車便捷，車型齊全，政策清晰。
西班牙自駕1800公里，借了輛豐田混動，全程加油105升，感覺性價比很高。馬德里、巴塞羅那不建議自駕，一方面停車位少停車費貴，另一方面城市道路中右車道為公交和出租專用道，一不留神會錯過路口。
取車等候時間太長，大約3小時左右。
租租車服務還不錯。
取車門市在火車站地鐵出口旁邊建築(頂部有∧∧∧∧形狀)負一層，很好找；取號辦理手續，辦理效率較高，有清晰解釋契約條款，無強行推銷保險；辦好手續後在旁邊停車場有車接送取車(其實也不遠，不超過200米，可能考慮多數客人有行李)；取車手續簡易，交車匙告知停車位自行開走；還車手續也簡易，開回該公司的停車位交回車匙即可，被告知如稍後檢查車輛發現問題將在信用授權中扣除，個人認為這部分還是雙方共同檢查好再離開較好。需要特別注意的是，辦理取車手續時被告知國際翻譯件不能租車，但承諾如因此被警察檢查罰款自行承擔責任的話，也可繼續租用。

Very efficient and informative. Received a notification email about the change of return point from zuzuche which is very helpful. Without that email it would be difficult for me to reach to the correct return point.
Room for improvement:
1. Payment in USD was not notified to me to avoid FX charges by credit card; otherwise i would prefer to use CNY to pay via mainland ewallet
2. The speed camera and related speeding penalty could be included in the information pack after booking. As such reminders could help customers to pay attention to the Spanish policy and avoid speeding
