強行推銷升級以及保險，一旦拒絕態度立馬變差。

對SIXT的評價：
在提車現場客服人員以子無虛有的行李箱放不下（實際上並不存在該問題，租租車平台顯示客户之前預定的標緻308是可以放下兩個24英寸行李箱的，客户帶的正是兩個24英寸行李箱，且客户只有兩個人乘用車輛）為藉口要求升級車輛標緻3008，因語言溝通不暢且現場無法驗證是不是之前預定的標緻308真的放不下行李箱；同時，客户又聽到客服解釋升級後的車輛日租金僅升級幾英鎊差距不大。基於上述原因，客户最終接受升級車輛要求並簽字。但是，從幾天後客户收到的對方費用確認電郵中才瞭解到，這個升級後的車輛日租金並非只有幾英鎊差距，而是之前標緻308的日租金2倍以上。客户懷疑有可能是當時語言溝通問題，且對方在提車現場並未提供實際升級後車輛費用清單，導致雙方對日租金變化存在理解上的不一致，而這個後果僅僅是因為行李箱放不下這種不真實存在的藉口。因此，客户高度懷疑該客服有誤導升級車輛抬高客户消費的行為，或者該客服人員專業水平欠佳，竟提出標緻308放不下兩個24英寸行李箱這種不專業的問題而要求升級車輛。由於存在時間差，客户在用車期間才收到對方發來的電郵，客户發現升級後車輛日租金報價與現場商洽時不符而提出質疑後，對方態度傲慢，以客户現場已簽字（現場誤導致客户誤信，非客户真實意思表達，此簽字應視為無效）為藉口拒不提供解釋及退還差價。
拋開一切其他問題不談，客户僅僅對這一個問題要求sixT給出合理解釋：客户之前預定的標緻308車款明明可以放得下兩個24英寸行李箱（租租車平台上已標註），該客服人員為什麼提出行李箱放不下的問題？
因為這個不存在的問題讓客户多付出數百英鎊代價，雖然數額不算大，但因為事後溝通對方態度以及結果，使客户體驗與感受非常差。

This was a truly enjoyable car rental experience, and I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Lacen for his patience and excellent service. To ensure a smooth trip, I visited the Europcar branch in person a week in advance to ask some questions. Mr. Lacen welcomed me and patiently answered all of them in detail.
When I came back to pick up the car, it was once again Mr. Lacen who assisted me. The entire process was efficient and professional, and most importantly, I received the exact car model I had reserved—which made my journey all the more perfect.
It was my first time using Europcar, and I must admit that I was initially quite anxious due to the many negative reviews I had read online. However, my actual experience was outstanding. The service was attentive, there were no unexpected charges, and the return inspection went smoothly.
I look forward to renting from Europcar again in the future!
